By using Invoices Generator, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the tool. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated version.

2. What the service does

Invoices Generator is a free, browser-based tool that lets you create, preview, and download invoices as PDF files. It is provided for informational and business convenience purposes. It does not file taxes, submit anything to a government body, or act as accounting software.

3. No account, your data stays with you

The tool does not require signup or login. Information you type, including business details, client details, and line items, stays in your browser unless you choose to download or print the invoice. We do not intentionally collect or store your invoice content on our servers.

Because nothing is saved on our end, we cannot recover a lost draft if your browser data is cleared. Use the download option to keep a permanent copy of any invoice you create.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this tool to:

  • Create fraudulent, misleading, or fake invoices intended to deceive another party.
  • Impersonate a business or person you are not authorized to represent.
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer the tool itself.
  • Use the service in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law.

5. Ownership and content

The design, layout, and code of this website belong to Invoices Generator. The invoices you create, including your business name, logo, and other content you enter, remain entirely your own. We claim no ownership over anything you generate using the tool.

6. Third-party tools we use

To generate downloadable PDFs, this site may load open-source libraries in your browser, along with web fonts for display. These run locally on your device to build the PDF and are not intended to send your invoice content to a third-party server as part of that process.

7. No warranty

This tool is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that invoices generated here meet every legal, tax, or regulatory requirement in your country or industry. You are responsible for confirming that your invoices comply with the rules that apply to your business.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Invoices Generator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the tool, including lost income, lost data, or disputes with clients over an invoice created here.
